Improving the realisation of zero emission bus transport

Due to the complexity and new players within the supply chain for electric bus transport, the task of realising the connection to the electricity grid on time at the lowest social cost presents a challenge.

In the report ‘Improving the realisation of zero emission bus transport‘, commisioned by Dutch grid operator Stedin, possible solutions are explored within the institutional frameworks for the procurement of public bus transport and grid operator regulation. The findings by research group PWC are also validated with stakeholders from the whole supply chain for electric bus transport (in individual interviews and a workshop).

This report will provide the starting point for implementing solutions within the value chain.

The full report can be downloaded below. A Dutch version of this report is also available.
